This place deserves a 6 star rating. Excellent Excellent service by all staff. Manager "Rachael"was too good in service. Food was excellent. All the staff were continuously checking if you needed anything more like "More Coffee". I can't run this place better even if was my own business. Highly recommend to try it out...

We are regulars at the McHenry location and we decided to go to this location because we were by the mall. The food here is is really good. We have enjoyed every visit to The Velvet Grill. Jovita had her usual go-to breakfast, the # 1. I had the Un-Club sandwich. For our beverages, we had iced water and I had a strawberry ice cream soda in addition.

Delicious food, fast service and very affordable even how everything is now. They have a breakfast weekday special, very affordable. Their pancakes ???? are very good!!

This place is awesome. The eggs Benedict is ridiculously good. The staff is super attentive, and you can use get a scoop of ice cream on your way out!

Service was good, but all the food was so greasy, from my wife's burger to my vegetables. The marinara for our mozzarella sticks was cold and tasteless. Not worth how expensive it was.
