Came here because was told food was great. From the start things were horrible. The girl at the counter knew nothing about the food or what it comes with or if was able to come in a combo plate. On the outside window said quesabirria, so ordered that, couldn't get it in a combo. With falutas she asked how many I wanted in my combo, never seen those alacart before... along with a horchata fountain drink and chips/salsa. Drink has no ice even though I asked for it. Chips were burnt and had a bad taste. When my quesabirria arrived they looked like quesadillas, never seen them prepared this way ever, although did have good taste, the flautas were not good and smallest i ever seen! Music was on static the entire time they didn't seem to care what customers were listening to and lights were constantly flashing off and on. Disappointed will not return

This restaurant is very clean. Nice people. But, the food is not good. You cannot differentiate between anything. All the food is EXTREMELY salty. I ordered super nachos carnitas. They must have used the very bottom of their pre-cooked meat because it was not fresh. It was crispy and beyond being able to eat. After a couple of bites I quit. My lips were already getting to swollen and too dry. I tried my friends tostada and enchiladas, and that too was the very same. So much you cannot tell what you were eating. Don't waste your time or money at this place. They don't care enough for what you are eating especially for how much you are paying for it.

Usually get asada burrito every other day. Today it was garbage. Literally seemed that every bite of the asada was gristle and fat. Almost seems like the entire burrito was made with the parts of meet that are trimmed off as waste. For the money, not worth it. I won't be back. I can buy somewhere else. Unacceptable!
