Trust Nails & Spa (New)

I visited Trust Nails & Spa for a special occasion, and I have to say that they exceeded my expectations in every way. The salon is beautifully decorated, with a chic and sophisticated ambiance that instantly puts you in a relaxed state of mind. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, and they helped me choose the perfect colors and designs for my nails. I was thrilled with the end result - my nails looked absolutely stunning, and they lasted for weeks without chipping or fading. I highly recommend Trust Nails & Spa for anyone looking for a luxurious and high-quality nail salon experience.

The pedicure was great!!! I love it! But my hands look bad! The nail technique was very rushed, she didn't work the cuticles and my “full set” looks like done by someone unprofessional. Dissatisfied! July 01, 2023!

We were visiting the area and decided to get pedicures and WOW! They fit us right in, very kind and professional! Angel was awesome ???? She did a great job on my eyebrows too!!!!

I went to this salon with my 2 niece and even though we asked for the same service we all didn't get the same treatment. When we did the pedicure, we 3 were sitting side by side and the treatment was totally different. I understand all employees work different but the steps in the treatment should be the same if we are all asking for the same service. Also the prices are ridiculously high and they charge for every single detail separately. I mean if I'm getting a full set, doesn't that includes the nail polish? Well they charged me for full set, nail polish and also nail polish gel and even for long nails and my nails weren't even that long. I'm going to include a picture. The only reason I am giving a 4 ???? is because we are happy with our color polish. And also, they offered drinks for us to relax, wine coffee and refreshments... As you can appreciate on the pictures only one of us got really long nails.

I usually would give this nail salon a better review but I recently had my nails Done here and was super disappointed with the service & price hike. I always get the same thing for the last 3 or so years (pedi and full set). The pedicure was fine but for $61 I expected a better massage and only received a mild lotion application. Furthermore I got a full set of acrylic nails, as I’ve always done. I get them cut rather short and regular round shape. When I went to check out I was charged $5 for “long nail” and $5 for “special shape” on top of the standard extras for gel etc. in all the years I’ve been going to this spa and getting the exact same thing I was disappointed that they are trying to upcharge customers like this. Sad bc it’s such a convenient location however I won’t be returning. I added a photo so you can see how it’s not extra long.
