K Nails

The hours here are great, can always stop after work or on the weekends. I usually go to Katie, she is really good with designs.

I just finished a pedicure that I absolutely HATE! The tech was Lina. I got the basic pedicure. First the water was ice cold, and she changed the temperature to scolding hot. She did not soak my feet at all and worked on my feet dry. It was painful. She then had me put feet in water only to lightly scrub with pumas. She rubbed lotion, hot towel then proceeded to polish. I asked “are you not going to file my nails?” She didn’t respond but filed upon my request. Then while paying she tells me I should have gotten the Deluxe pedicure. My response, I didn’t want a massage I wanted my feet worked on. I didn’t tip her. I have been here before and the other women were great. Pictures were taken right after my service. Feet sre still dry, polish all on my skin. DO NOT LET LINA TOUCH YOU!!

Mary is the best! She always does amazing work and has my nails looking fabulous!! She’s super talented and creative if you add any designs or nail art. She is the pretty Hispanic woman in the front as you come in on the left seat and such a nice lady. I hate to do it but because of my schedule there are times when I don’t make it in for a month and my nails stay on! And she doesn’t judge me for it! She gives great pedis too!

This salon was my usual salon to go to for my eyebrows to be waxed and gel acrylics on my feet. I didn’t have no problem with the payments until this day 12/29/23 in the afternoon. After they finished doing my feet and eyebrows I was told before (including my mom ) that my gel acrylics (on my feet) were $45 and my eyebrows were $10 which sums up to $55. Once I got done and waited for my mom to come back(she went away for some time while I was at the salon) and pay one of the employees ( and elderly women) or I’m assuming the owner/boss came and told me that it was $70??? I was confused and while she was telling me this I was on the phone with my mom and she heard what the lady was saying . Once my mom got to the salon the lady ( that told me the price being $70) said to my mom again it was $70 because of acrylics with gel ( which I assumed she was attempting to make us pay separate for acrylics AND gel but that wasn’t what me and my mom was told when we got to the salon.) she try to explain the ‘prices’ of one of the two services I got and while she was trying to explain she tells my mom that she told me it was going to be $60 for my feet ( which by the way I don’t ever recall her saying and my mom backed it up even by including how she was with me when we came into the salon and they told us the price which was $45 ) . It seemed like she was trying to take advantage of me since I was more vulnerable (I’m 16) and didn’t seemed like the one to really stand up or speak up for myself. After a slight argument happened between my mom and the lady she payed $55 + tip . I’m pretty sure she always gives them tip. After all that happened we left and my mom told me how before (in the past) the same lady tried overproducing her for different services almost 4x. This is clearly wrong and just trying to take advantage of people and their money. I probably won’t see myself coming back here after all that had happened????. Thank you and God bless!

Yaya is an awesome tech for nails and very friendly and respectful and does and amazing job. Chi is an awesome tech for pedicure she does an amazing job and she’s very good& pleasant! Now Tech Lina number 4 did a horrible job on my nails and destroyed my own nail didn’t do what I ask for and she knows very good English I told the owner Tina about it and she had a nasty attitude cause it’s her daughter in law and said whatever to me and claim that Lina don’t understand English but she speaks it didn’t make no sense the pictures below are from Last Wednesday and I just had them done on Tuesday from Lina so I went back today Monday and Yaya did an awesome and a amazing job to make me feel better and make my nails look amazing. Please anyone that comes to Knails Lina table 3 does a horrible job and the owner Tina has a horrible customer service attitude. Am new to Poinciana area. I highly recommend Yaya and Chi!
