Apple Nails & Spa

I have 3 years fixing my nails here without any problem, now they have a change of personnel and those who are trained with the clients because some of them don't know anything, I'm diabetic and look how we started, I ran away I'm afraid by my fingers I don't want to lose them. Where are the former owners and the former employees? Come back ????????

Wish I could leave a better review but sadly the quality of work done was not great. My pedicure was fine. Then I had a full set done here and 20 minutes after I left the salon one nail broke directly where it had been glued. It felt very flimsy. I went back the next day to get it fixed and get a polish change. They fixed it. Three hours later, a different nail broke off. At this point I’m just going to get them fixed and checked somewhere else. I had high hopes for this place because it’s literally 3 minutes from my house but it’s not worth it. I’ll continue driving a little extra time to the place I’ve never had issues with down the street.

I feel like crying. My son needed a haircut and I needed my nails done for church. I saw this salon next to his barber. I walked in at 5pm Sat There were two Asian ladies one working on the others nails. I was told I was next. No other customers came in. I sat and waited for 45 minutes then asked how much longer the wait? I was told a few more minutes. At 6;15 I became agitated and a little upset. I was told it was going to be a few more minutes. At 6:25 I don’t see any progress. No customer service. My son was out the barber at 6:30. I pray I can find a salon open by 7. I received poor service as if I was not a real person.

Really was in need of a good pedicure. Did not disappoint ?? They were so wonderful, nice and why isn't more people here?! Ya'll need to try them out! I wish this place was in Kentucky, I'm just visiting this weekend. So sad I can't take them with me! Lol

No wait, service was good. I love the way my nails look. Very happy with them.
