Speechless! I was recommended to come here but it was unfortunate due to the fact that I wasn’t demonstrated, any professionalism or care. I wasn’t happy with the service I received. I verbally stated it too. I wasn’t happy because, I specifically told the nail tech to stop cutting my nails since after all the entire perhaps of me having placed acrylic was for for extra length, and still she continues to file them, they’re so short that it looks bulky and stub like. They’re uneven, every nail of mine are uneven in length and are too thick. She was careless because she was so quick in doing my nails, she was definitely rushing to finish. They hurt, and I’m concerned if it’s my nail or cuticle, or maybe both. She didn’t have me wash my hands, so when she placed the lotion on my hands at the end of everything, it felt grainy, again careless. My hands were dirty with the powder and glue from the filing, but she was rushing so she missed a lot of steps. I figured I might as well write this review since the care and job I received was unprofessional and they were more concerned with taking my sisters money than my satisfaction as a customer. I also mentioned to the nail tech to at least place a design over the nail to fix the look-since they look disgusting but she said it would be extra for design. I was speechless. I JUST PAID HER FOR DESIGN to be placed, on my nails. Why would I pay extra, For the same design? Anywho, here- I guess you pay $5 extra for only two nails to have a design. I felt uncared for here, they do what they want to your nail. I suggest you go to another place. The parking here is also very disorganized, high flow of traffic. I only gave this place one star because they had service brought to them, my sister and I received more than one service and they didn’t acknowledge that we weren’t happy. They rather rush into having more of a quantity of people then the quality of care they were giving their clients.

Nail Tech. Henry did my Manicure & Pedicure. He is a great worker. Knowledgeable of his Job. Did sanitize equipment, did his best to make me enjoy services. He is an asset to your company. Please treat him him, and show him appreciation.

I will never in my life recommend this place to no one this place was rude the lady was shaking because she messed up.i asked for a full set and told her don’t cut my real nails and she did.I explained to her that I’m the customer and she not doing what I asked and this is my money I’m spending so satisfy me if I’m spending money I then proceeded to ask her was she ok cause she was shaking so much and because I said what I said she told me she didn’t want to service me then proceeded to wait for another worker and the man dit proceeded to sa is there a problem and I said it is and I need to get my nails done and she was t doing what I asked and because I said that he then said to get out and find another nails salon they are rude as hell and no one should spend money for a messed up job period had to leave undone and then find another place so I did and 1275 Osceola parkway nail salon is amazing clean sanitary and the service was amazing Angie did my nails I recommend her.

If I can rate a 0 I would absolutely poor service! They were unable to remove gel polish from toes and request for me to leave because they don't know how to remove gel polish with using the machine in which makes ur nails weak!

They do very good nails. They are affordable, clean, and very friendly. This is one of Central FL best. I travel from Davenport to get my nails done. Hardly ever a long wait
