Tim's Place

My husband and I went there for the first time today, it was amazing! We heard about it several times and just never got around to try it. We both ordered breakfast. He had the chicken fried steak & eggs, I had the Spanish omelet. We were very happy with all of it. Flavorful, large portions, not a long wait. Very nice waitress. We will definitely be back.

This is the best breakfast in Duncan. Small dinner with excellent food and service. Large portions that taste great. When you walk in and see it's where the older locals eat you know it's gonna be great. Get there early because it fills up quick but well worth it. I recommend the cowboy biscuits. it has eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and potatoes.

Tim and Lori Bates have owned and operated Tim's Place in Duncan for over 25 year's. Not only do they offer the best food in town and the best service, but, they give back to the community. Lunch specials are amazing. Everything made with love and the best quality. ??

It is located downtown of Duncan. This small cafe has the small town charm that's very welcoming. We went to eat breakfast at 730 on Saturday, and when we walked in, everyone said "good morning " to us, which made us feel welcomed. The menu is written on the wall in large letters so easy to see. The place was getting a lot of business when we left about 815. Coffee was good along with my omelet. Prices are low. They offer a kids meal for 5.50 (kids 12&under). The hours as of 13 January is M-F 0600-1400. Saturday 0600-1100am. Parking in front is limited with extra parking on the side and rear. Handicap parking is offered in front. Did not see the bathroom. They offer specials on different days. Meatloaf is on Mondays. Catfish on Fridays. This whole area had about 25 seats, so this gives us a small town feeling and will definitely be giving them another visit.
