The Railway Inn

What a quirky pub! Full of characters, friendly staff, and great atmosphere. On the cycle path, rude not to stop for refreshments!

This is a good pub don't get me wrong. The staff are great, friendly customers, decent beer and a good valley/country location but it is nothing special. It has half decent decor but it is really in need of a make over to turn it into a quality establishment. Didn't try the food but did want some snacks which were not really that inspiring. In reality it is quite run down and quite average 'but' it is very popular with cyclists who cycle the local trails and families.

Excellent watering hole on a excellant cycle route, what a lovely day went on national cycle 04 from CAMC site to Swansea worth doing not to hard to cycle a excellant day out a very good area for cycling loved it AJJ

We had a great evening singing Christmas carols in a wonderful atmosphere, with family and friends. The open fire with roasting chestnuts, added that special touch ????????
