The Cheesesteak Factory

I usually get a chicken Philly with a side a fries and some fried pickle spears but I've been many times and switched it up tried different things and the food is always good when I go.

So I finally had their cheesesteak burger, and Philly pizza after watching all the reviews. I must say that their food is junk, it sure looks great but taste is not their (2*) rating is a blessing for it. I don't know why these people are saying it's good and blah blah blah, they must have not had a good tasting food their whole lives. My food tasted like it might give me a heartattack down the road if I keep eating this everyday. The employee is a good kid but not a chef. Overall if I'm going bowling and had to order something then I would if not then I'd go else where.

So we went out for my birthday, just wanting to spend time together in a relaxing, chill way and decided on this place for lunch after running around going to shops. I always love little "hole in the wall" places because they're almost always good, like 9 times out of 10. Service was super quick, not insanely costly like so many other places in my area, and it was delicious. I do wonder if toasting the bread is an option, because that would make it even better but I still very much enjoyed it. Atmosphere isn't anything to write home about, and there's minimal seating, but it's basically inside a bowling alley so that's kind of expected. Can't say I ever thought of a cheesesteak place being good bowling food, but it works!

Ordered a classic Philly and fries to go. The lady on the phone was very nice. But the cheese steak was really skimping on beef..like it was maybe 1/3 filling up the bun with no meat on the end bites. The flavor was decent but the beef was pretty mushy and the fries were soggy. Previous times I got food here it was great so im hoping it was just an off night. I feel bad leaving 3 stars because they usually have awesome food.

I believe that they may have been a little short staffed for as busy as their noon hour was. It took awhile to get our food. The young lady taking our orders was very friendly. The sitting area was small and there was very little space in between tables. The food was very delicious!
