Pink's Bar & Grill

It was my first time here and I had a great time! I came on a good night with bingo and karaoke. Service is great, the people that work there are friendly. Jenniver was our server and made sure we were taken care of.

Burgers burnt. Told the waitress. She said she can give a 10% discount because there was a bite out of it. Ya a bite that made it known the burger was burnt. She then said I'm not the cook. Duh. Super rude and food was 1 star. Never again. I was going to go to bingo on the weekend but after this horrid display of lack of customer service and food not great at all never again. I see why they have bad reviews and I am sure this waitress was the one everyone was talking about. Good luck sis

Went in for lunch back in May 22. I admit we were a large group, and did not call ahead. However, the place only had one table of 3 in the place. Anyway, the bartender/waitress was not happy we were there and left no question in our minds about it. She repeatedly told us she was not ready for the group, that we should have gone someplace else - yes we should have gone someplace else. Once she got our order and drinks, the whole time she glared at us, we never saw her again. However the cook came out and he was pleasant and helpful. He was the only one we saw for the rest of the time. But he was great. The bartender though, enough to make me pass on going back

We went on a Friday evening around 730pm, we waited almost an hour for some burgers and about 45 minutes for chips and dip appetizers. I get people are short staffed, but at least hire waitresses that are friendly. Our waitress had short hair and would literally walk past us this whole 45 minutes not asking us how we are doing not asking us if we needed refills. Our children had to be like "excuse me excuse me" to grab her attention. The food itself was underwhelming, personally my burger was burnt and not juicy and they gave me about 10-15 fries. Dont be stingy with food especially after more than an hour wait. I came here when it was Lawdawgs I believe and it was way better and way better customer focus. We only chose to come here because it was close to base and we did not feel like driving to town. I doubt we will make that mistake again and just drive to town next time.

Came to eat a late lunch/early supper with my family today and had the WORST service ever, our server was very rude. We waited a good 10ish minutes for her to even take our drink order, then we had to go into the bar from the non bar side to ask for a refill on drinks because she never bothered to check or ask when she would walk by and also got mad that we asked her to get us more ranch when we asked a second time. My kid ordered a baked potato and the server said no, they don't serve them until after 5 but the menu said after 2pm. Won't be back.
