Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Server was nice but all of the lettuce in the crispy chicken salad I ordered was spoiled and tasted awful. Ultimately, only the chicken was edible, which was a sad waste of money and lunch. I’ve never had this issue with the salad at other DQs. Super disappointing.

Went through drive through...No butterscotch for a malt. Had a caramel one that was like a sipping tan colored milk!!! Young female working had a hard time counting back the change...not doing that again!!! Nothing like a runny, tepid, watered down malt? On a hot midsummer day!Yuck!????

The people are so kind! They allowed me to bring my bike to the drive thru! And ice cream never hurts anyone.

Closes at 8pm on the weekdays even! Your missing so much business. Literally just watched 5 cars drive off not including myself. It's summer. Open longer!!!!

Came here Sunday night with family. Lady in the drive through was awful rude and snippy at me, calling me stupid for not shutting my engine off!! Slammed the window on me to. She was the only adult I saw, so if she’s the manager they need to do better with training for that role. Just decided to give them another chance, during the daytime, and the opening staff was much friendlier!! Hope to see this improvement trickle down onto the night team
