We ordered the fajitas for 2. When we got home and went to use the sour cream, we found out that it was mayonnaise. The chicken tasted very unseasoned. We didn't get chips with our meal. When I called to discuss our experience, they told me the "sour cream" was not mayo. Pretty easy to tell the difference between the two. They said the don't always give chips, they usually ask the customer. They did not ask me. I told them that I wanted to share our experience with them and how we didn't like a few parts of our meal and how we would not be going there again. They proceeded to tell me that that is fine with them personally if we did not come back. They would not try to help the situation at all. With this experience, it's hard to see how they are still in business. I would recommend Al Chile every day of the week.

I used to genuinely enjoy this restaurant, but unfortunately, our recent experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the service was chaotic. My husband and I were assisted by at least three different staff members, none of whom seemed coordinated. He ordered pastor enchiladas, and a server returned to inform us they were out of pastor but could substitute shredded beef. He agreed—but when the food arrived, the enchiladas were chicken. Additionally, the menu listed the dish at approximately $14, but we were charged $20 for what appeared to be three or four enchiladas. When I went to pay, the staff seemed completely unsure of our order and were asking one another what we had ordered—right in front of us. Having worked in the service industry myself, I understand mistakes happen—but this level of disorganization and lack of professionalism was unacceptable. It’s disappointing to say, but after this experience, I don’t know if we’ll be returning

Felt like family! The vegetarian options were amazing, & everything was super fresh. The serving sizes were perfect. I also enjoyed the decor & the music videos on the TV were fun to watch!

I'm from the NY metro area where authentic Mexican food is plentiful so I wasn't sure what to expect from a small town in SC, but i was not disappointed. The food is legit and delicious! The portions are plenty, service is great and fast. I definitely recommend it!

I ordered two chicken tacos from out from the inside and my shell was so hard and the chicken was dry and it was a to go order. I called and let them know and she told me if I don’t eat it right away. It’ll get hard when somebody make a to go order. They should let them know that when I ordered from outside is nice and juicy and the taco shell is not hard. I’m very pissed off because they wouldn’t even try to fix it or give me my money back. This has been the worst customer service ever. I will only eat from them if the guy is cooking outside on the grill in front of you and I also saw them warm my food up in the microwave so that’s means they warm the tortilla shell in the microwave food is too expensive to be wasted.
