Starbucks Coffee

Been using this handy Starbucks for years and missed you guys during the pandemic. Yesterday I had a weird experience as my colleague went to use her 2 saved up free coffees only to be told "we don't do that, it's a franchise". Aren't all Starbucks franchises? She's also a Gold level member so is used to buying Starbucks and using the app, but got 0 points yesterday on her £12 purchase of 2 frappuccinos. What kind of Starbucks franchise doesn't use the actual Starbucks app? Notably the server was in the middle of drinking her own lovely looking frapuccino and I don't know what happened with communication but the staff member making the drinks made the wrong flavour of drink at first so had to go and make another after my colleague noticed and had to ask for what she ordered again. The staff were nice and polite and the drinks were lovely as always. I actually stopped going months ago after I got charged full whack on my large tea £3.70 so apparently we no longer get station discount. No station discount yesterday either. Since I used to know the staff so well in the past I used to love getting my teas at a discount so I would always go. I stopped going when it became apparent staff have been told to give short shrift to anyone expecting not to pay full price. A free drink here probably won't cut it unfortunately. Thanks for being so great in the previous ownership.

This morning, I enjoyed a delightful coffee experience. The service was exceptional, and the staff, particularly Diya, were incredibly welcoming. Truly a five-star encounter!

Really lovely place if you want to relax! I ordered a drink from my partner and it had coffee inside! The colleague there was very kind enough to swap it out for one with no coffee.. fantastic customer service!

Solid Starbucks, nice staff and always consistently good and fast drinks on the go

I am a frequent visitor to Starbucks when I come to Preston. I have been particularly impressed with one of your employees, Diya. She communicates exceptionally well and provides excellent service.
