Located on the mezzanine floor within Euston station, this Starbucks is a modern franchise that offers the perfect caffeine fix pre or post train journey. . It's always very busy but the service is incredibly fast and efficient. . A reliable and predictable choice for coffee but that's a good thing. Love it.

The Starbucks location at Euston station staff are ALL polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Staff like Mansi,Alisa, Emily are great examples to giving all their customers top notch care and service as well always with a happy smile and positive energy! I believe they are the blueprint for all the other Starbucks to follow by their example and experience. Thank you team!????

I had plenty of time to seat and wait for my train to the Lake District …. Decided to buy 2 Frappuccinos… cookie flavour…, they gave me the wrong ones salty caramel… they took my name so I had the correct name in my cup but m the wrong Frappuccino flavour. Complained they deliver again this time the frappe tasted just water with milk not sugar etc. at the end I gave up….. I paid £14 for two Frappuccinos that tasted horrible. Very dissatisfied….This store is big has plenty of seat at the Mezzanine ( balcony) you can seat as well indoors.

My only criticism is it's Starbucks, but was told you can't pay by the Starbucks app because they are franchise ? I don't believe this, as this morning not only did I pay for a drink, but I also topped up my credit in a franchise store. Therefore I consider this poor customer service and lack of staff training.
