Splish Splash Car Wash

If you have a small car your front will hardly get touched. My bumper, license plate, and grill are still covered in bugs and dry dirt. Even the backs of my mirrors hardly got washed. I was expecting way better for $20.

Awesome works well every time I bring my truck there cleans it top to bottom and underneath love the free vacuum

I went to Splish Splash this morning and bought the VIP wash. When finished with the wash I pulled the car into the vacuum area and when I got out of the I noticed the tires were very dull. I walked over to tell one of the attendants that the tire shine wasn’t working. I ended up talking to the manager who was a real jerk. He said the tire shine was working just fine and I said it sure didn’t look like it to me . He offered me another car wash but I declined I didn’t want to detail the car over. Then he got real upset and said what do you want me to do and I said I just wanted to tell you the tire shine wasn’t working then he just started Cushing and swearing and dropping the ‘F’ bomb. I will never go back and hopefully anyone the reads this will not either.

Absolutely the worst car wash experience ever. Customers beware!! I have a brand new car. I thought it'd be nice to get a membership to keep my new car clean. I paid $45 and costs are monthly to get up to a carwash a day. I get my receipt and drive around to find is a brush wash but there is no easy way to turn around. I thought I'd prefer a brushless option but can it really be that bad... And my fears became reality as I got home and looking at my car have scratches all over. Still had many bugs on my car too so the wash wasn't even very good. I spent time with microfiber cloths trying to wipe away what I hoped were smudges but they are definite scratches. Beyond frustrated. I tried the 3D barcode from the receipt and signed in but it took me nowhere. After setup the link doesn't even work. I downloaded the app as detailed on the receipt too and it had no association with my monthly account. Lastly no phone number on the receipt. As the next resort searched online and found a number only that nobody answered and has a full mailbox. Thus I couldnt even leave a message.

Nice car wash is definitely my favorite in the area and the cheapest wash is only $7. Comparable to a couple of the other car washes this is a really great price! I had actually just got back from vacation and drove at night so I had bugs all over the front of my car she spent the extra time spraying off my car in the front and putting on a pre-soaked before I went through the carwash and I really appreciated that! This is definitely going to be my go-to car wash!
