Fondulac Park District Maintenance

There's a decent little skate park behind the parks building, as well as a hockey court, tennis courts, and a basketball court. Access is between the police station and the parks building, so the facilities aren't easy to see from the parking lot.

I can not honestly speak for a year round experience on the park. However I can say that for as long as I have memory going back, every year,my family made it a tradition to drive through this display after being in Iowa for Thanksgiving. It was a great experience and welcomed Christmas into its season. It is still a great experience and a tradition that I now have with my own children who are 12 & 5! It is something they look forward to going to every year. We drive all the way from south Jacksonville area to it just to see the display and have a fun filled evening of Christmas Joy's. This attraction is a definite must see and is great for all ages infant to 110. It is sure not to disappoint!! ?

Nice toddler play area that's shaded during hot summer months. Nice view of downtown as well.

These guys are always so friendly when we encounter them at the park! Their hard work keeps the parks beautiful.
