Bob's Dairy Dream

Our new house is located not too far from Bob's Dairy Dream so it's a little bit too convenient to stop by to get some ice cream on those warm summer nights! My favorite is cookie dough and brownie twister, absolutely delicious! The customer service is great everytime we come here. The girls are super sweet and thankful for our business. The Ice cream is kind of a lighter texture (not as thick as a custard), it tastes great & they you can make pretty much any flavor you like! Their food is made hot and fresh to order! There is also outdoor seating surrounding the building where you can sit and enjoy your treats!

I have been here three times now and every time if you do not call and your order, you might as well Any other place in the town besides here they are slow. They’re doing everything but taking your order and it seems to be one person can only work on one person when there’s five people in here and we’re waiting 20 minutes just to place an order outrageous Never again I don’t care how good the food is. I will not sit out in the heat waiting 20 minutes to place an order at an ice cream place. That’s not busy at all . You guys been Here years I mean us all you care about is call in orders? I came here a kid and never been treated this way or wait this long this is the third time like I said I’ve been here this season and left without anything ridiculous!!!

Bobs is my favorite place in the world. Also delicious and exactly what I want and need. I start creeping in early March to see if my summer love of cheese curds burgers and shakes can continue. The icecream cones are always gargantuan and the staff is nice. Anyone that doesn’t like bobs is basically someone you should be sus of.

Visited there and spent 71 dollars on to go food and got home and food was not made right, called to talk to them and tried to explain to them the problem and was told that was not the way it was wrote on the bag from one employee and I told them yes it was wrote on the bag the way I ordered them so they out a second employee on the phone which was rude when I explained to her the issue , they said if I wanted to bring it back and the bag they would see what they could do , I live 25 min away and it was already 8 pm asked them if they could just give me credit I would being the bag back at that point and they said NO we will not do that. I have been going here for years and have never had this problem but this employees were rude ,spending that kind of money I expect to get what I order. Not the way to do business .

It's always fun to go to Bob's. Everyone knows this so sometimes it can be quite busy. Food is good and is the usual selection you would expect from an ice cream shop. Fast friendly service. Close parking, no stairs, no barriers, good picnic style seating with some large umbrellas and no bathroom. On my last visit I ordered a large lemon ice cream cone and a dbl cheeseburger with everything on it. Ate my cone there as it was a very warm afternoon, took my cheeseburger home and ate it there. It was delicious made more enjoyable by its reasonable price. Thanks guys.
