Spa Nails 3

I went there with a friend to get our nails done Saturday which was the 25th of this month. I noticed that my nails were crooked and when I told the lady and asked her to make them straight she said and I quote “It’s your fingers, your fingers are crooked” and there was nothing she could do. In all my time of going to a nail salon and getting my nails done no one has ever said my fingers were crooked and they couldn’t fix it, all of my nails from previous places have all been straight with no problem. The French tips are also messy looking and it’s already coming off.

Update: 3 days later half of the nail polish is chipped off. Ridiculous. Horrible, dirty place, and very unprofessional workers. My sister and I both got pedicures. Terrible. Hers had hair in the water. My water was scalding hot. They also upcharged.

Honestly if I could give a 0 star, I would. I didn't want powder. I do not like powder at all because if the person doesn't take their time, like Nina didn't, then it looks like a sloppy mess. I paid $65 for something my 3 yr old niece could of did better. The jewels aren't even straight and there is dip color all over my fingers. I had told the lady that was taking my payment that these nails weren't $65 worth and that the price should have been discounted to a lower amount due to the sloppy finish she gave me and the lady just SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS after LOOKING at my nails!!! I am a loyal customer to this shop but I WONT be returning. I have attached my INSPO pic as well and it looks absolutely nothing like it.

Welcome to my story time; Came with my niece and mom for my BRIDAL SHOWER nails. I wanted a full set and pedicure, my niece (7) needed mani pedi with gel, my mom needed a fill in. Immediately upon entering I was asked “why are you here!?” I said we had appointments and she told me to sit in the chair she was in- it was turned sideways so I sat and put my hand to her. My mom was taken to another table across the salon- my niece was sitting behind me so I was watching her. The lady doing my nails told me “you need to turn to face me” so I did. She’s very rough, yanking my arm around and getting annoyed that I’m talking with my niece about our nail color. She said “what color and shape” I looked at their very small selection book and said I wanted sage green and white glitter with medium coffin shape and that my niece was matching me color wise. The photo is what I got. I sucked it up and said ya know what it is what it is, it’s just nails and it’s only two weeks. The pedicure was the worst part. I argued with the man doing my nieces toes when he told me he REFUSED to put gel on a child… after I told him I was paying and thats what we wanted (for the reason she’s a child and plays hard and my shower was two days away!) he then noticeably and quite obviously spoke rudely about my niece and I in Vietnamese to the lady doing my toes. They don’t have children’s chairs for pedicures, so my niece was laying in the chair with her head where your butt goes.. he was drying her toes in the lamp and would place her feet roughly on the foot stand and then slap her foot and wave a finger at her like “don’t move again”. They completely forgot they were suppose to do her nails and he ended up doing them when I told them we weren’t leaving without them done. My mom paid for her nails in cash and wanted change - the girl just took her money and then LEFT THE SALON??? Why? We will never know but as I went to pay the guy runs my card for $80 I said okay and the girl who did my toes comes up and starts arguing with the guy. He goes to hand me my card and she SNATCHED IT from my hand and RUNS MY CARD FOR AN ADDITIONAL $45. No tip was deserved after that. Absolutely disgusted how we were treated.

I'm from out of town and my nails were a disaster. They were still covered in Black polish with red tips for Halloween. Some were broken some were chipping they were just a hot mess. Tiffany sat me down and turned my hot mess nails into things of beauty. This was a really great experience.
