Cosmo Spa & Nails

I honestly did not read these reviews before deciding to come here and just saw the rating. I'm half way glad I didn't read them because I probably wouldn't have decided to come. However, I will say that Annie and Mike did a great job. Ms. Annie did my pedicure ( I just needed a color change). She explained everything to me in a way I could understand and made sure I was 110% satisfied. Very sweet lady as well. Mr. Mike did my manicure (new set, gel overlay). I'm honestly not a big talker in general so I didn't mind us not chatting. But he did ensure that I liked what he was doing. I will say that when I was waiting for my 6:45 appointment, another woman was in there and she came back because her nails were breaking after a short period of time and when I was checking out, one of the other ladies was upset because she was told one price and got charged something completely different. She also was not satisfied with her nails. When I come back I will more than likely just stick with the same two people (Mike and Annie). Although, at other salons, I have experienced the first appointment being really great and then the service declines from there. I'm praying this is not the case here because I truly enjoyed my experience.

Just got my nails done here and never coming back. She not only rushed through my nails but also argued with me that my nail was completely covered with polish while it was not (Pics provided). She also never even filed my fingernails and the amount of paint left on around my nails was ridiculous. What a waste of $100. Very disappointed.

You HAVE to try the new Hydro pedi with detox…WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Best pedicure I ever had! What a wonderful way to celebrate me and my Mom for Mother’s Day.

I took my 3 year old for a girls day and I got a full set and a pedicure and she got a manicure and pedicure. Absolutely amazing experience. They made sure I loved everything about my nails and were incredibly patient with my girl and never complained. Definitely my nail place forever now. Thank you for such a great experience!

The worst place!!!! I am not kidding! They will charge you like $60 for the simple dip powder nails and still won’t do their job accurately! Never ever coming here again!
