L a Nails

I was charged $45 for the shortest nails ever and the polish is smeared. She used pink acrylic and said that's why it's so high. AND to top it off she definitely said $25 at first and then charged me $45. I will never visit this place again and will place this all over social media. *Response to owners comment: I did not get a full set. I got a fill-in and I didn't ask nor did she ask me if I wanted pink acrylic. She just started doing my nails so I assumed that's just naturally what she uses.

**WARNING***LA Nail shop… Very bad nail shop. I went today asking for correction of a $33 manicure I got the day before yesterday, when not enough product was used for my fill-in nail job. The manager did not see anything wrong until I pointed to the gap circle on the nail bed. He said sometimes it happens and refused to address it. I have been going to this nail shop over three years. This nail shop cannot be trusted to provide customer service for correcting a ONE-day manicure. I will not be going back to this nail shop.

Alondra did amazing and is super nice. I’m not a fan of having been there so long and no one ever got to my toes. A lady even walked in complaining and skipped the line .

Went for the first time there to do my nails and they were so kind. Gave me exactly what I wanted. Although I feel they can do better most especially with their Matte nails as it still looks shiny and not as dull as it's meant to be. But will definitely come again. PS: They don't open on Sundays.

If anyone goes avoid, avoid chair number 4 table. The lady name is TINA. She tend to charge higher prices than the actual price list. She is not a nice lady. She charge $50 and more for just a fill. Her work is not good. You have been warn people.
