Ivy Spa Nails

I’ve never been so disappointed with my nails. I get them done consistently and decided to go to Ivy for a change. I asked for French tips and she did not tell me that the powder the other salon used was not the same as the one they use. After the nails were done I looked and could see that you could see where my other nails were before. I asked if she could cover it up and then she explained the two different powders. We then took my nails off to start fresh with just a full nail. She made my fingers bleed. I left the salon with my fingers in pain, gel around my nails, chipped nail and a horrible experience. I would NOT RECOMMEND

I called to make an appointment for my Nails ???? and I told them if they could take me in 20min, they said yes. I got there and some guy asked if he could help me.i responded to him i had an appointment for my Nails this guy rudely said to me speak up.i responded again I have an appointment for my Nails,this guy had ear buds in his ears ,how can he hear what am saying when he has ear buds in his ears, then he said ok check in." As I was checking in, he then said to me oh sorry I don't hear very well. " Take a seat.i waited for 10 minutes. Then another guy tells me go and sit on chair number 8 I took a seat waiting another 10min while they was some stuff sitting there doing nothing but attended to the other clients that walked in after me.i asked the other guy who was sitting if i could have a pedicure as well he said to me no whilehe was just sitting in his chair. This is the worst place I have ever gone to, even the person who did my nails. It was not professionally done at all.i would never recommend this place to anyone.

I tried a few different nail salons when moving to Valparaiso, but Ivy Spa is the only one that kept me coming back. I get a dip manicure every 3 weeks and I’m always satisfied. The team is friendly and fast ????

After trying several nail places in super pleased to come here every time now. Employees are friendly. Spa is clean. They have a wide selection of colors and get new/trendy ones often. Price is fair and well worth it.

The women and men at this place are amazing! Every time we go they do a wonderful job. The facility is clean, everyone is extremely friendly, and the prices are perfect. Tiffany's talent for doing nail art is beyond words. She did this free hand from a picture. Cannot recommend this place enough!! Nails by Tracie - Art by Tiffany ????
