4/10/24 Can tell this park isn’t maintained by anyone and not used by kids very much. Trash every where including used diapers and condoms, cigar wrappers, piles of dog poop etc etc. Large ant hills and the sweet gum tree droppings are everywhere.

We drove by a bunch of times and never actually checked it out til a few days ago finally went and it’s beautiful ! I love how it’s tucked away from the main road and playground is actually nice!! Beautiful area to walk around, walk your dog, baseball fields and the playground is well shaded so no sitting in the sun while your child plays. Highly recommend, we will definitely be visiting often!

Place needs a good power washing. Super dirty. Almost got stung by bee nest in the bell as well. Has potential. My daughter enjoyed watching some guys practice baseball though

It’s a shame Conway doesn’t seem to get the $$ to fix up neighborhood parks for the kids to enjoy year round, but there seems to be plenty of $$ to spend on holiday decorating the town. And money for the beach areas. It’s time to clean up Conway, not just the downtown shopping areas of main st. $$ for roads and bridges being voted on should be used to help the traffic through Main Street and 501. It’s not getting better, but worse and looks like not much being done to help the nightmare traffic on 501. If you need to fix up your house you spend your $$ on it. If we need to fix our traffic congestion in Conway or money on parks, then we need to spend $$ on it. I don’t like spending $$ on repairing my house, but it’s necessary, isn’t it? Don’t like taxes either, but how else to fix our issues?

We just moved to the area and were excited to find a park nearby. This park sadly has a terrible energy and a very creepy abandoned 2 bedroom shack in the playground. We also found used condoms around the playground equipment. I dug deeper and discovered quite a bit of Crime happens there including a the shooting of two people back in October 2017. Its closed off from the main road and is secluded. Doesn't feel safe. I will not take my kids back here unless the county cleans it up. So much potential though.
