Riverfront Park

It is a beautiful place to walk and enjoy an abundance of wildlife. The squirrels enjoy peanuts provided by visitors. There is a fun, colorful playground for kids to enjoy. Restrooms are available. There are several restaurants in walking distance and a few right on the River Walk. The town of Conway is also in walking distance with plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. Kayaking rentals are available to take out on the Waccamaw river. There is something for everyone to enjoy. It is one of my favorite places to relax.

The playground is great for the kids. The equipment is for mainly bigger kids, but smaller children can safely play as well. Sufficiently fenced in and gated to ease concerns around the water. Marina is also either fenced in or an adequate distance from the sidewalks that you don't have to worry about any accidents. The river side of the park is much closer to the sidewalk, so just keep that in mind with smaller children as it slopes down off the sidewalk to the water in most places.

Honestly was driving through the town and decided to park and walk around was met with very friendly little shops. Pleasantly surprised to find out it was called Halloween town decorations were being put up all over town it made it that much better. If your available around Halloween it's definitely worth a visit.

We loved conways and all the Halloween fun. The river front park has a ton of attractions if you don't know about them

My 2yr old granddaughter absolutely loved this park! There were plenty of slides, climbing walls and swings to keep her busy for 2hrs. She didn't want to leave. The park also has a couple picnic areas and benches. There's also a jungle gym for the older kids which looked awesome as well!
