Located a few miles down the road from the Conway Horry County airport, Pee Dee park is a small yet convenient recreational area set amongst a rural community. The park features multiple baseball or softball fields of various sizes, organized to host little league activities from the earliest ages through presumably the middle school years. Accompanying these fields, is a play area for young children not involved in organized sports and restroom facilities centrally located. A covered area is also present between the two largest fields that could play host for social activities, such as team picnics. Parking is rudimentary with no established lot, but there is ample space along the fences and on the opposite side of road paralleling the grassy area. Concessions are an option only when certain events are in play and located at the front of the restroom facility. Lights and a scoreboard are present on two of the larger fields with perimeter lighting also present for the smaller sized fields.

Pee Dee park, small but comfortable. This isn't a "Daddy Ball" type of organization. It's kind of like the no child left behind act. Everyone gets a turn and I have yet seen a coach give up on the kid turning circles and cart wheels in right field. Yes they're directly in/near the flight path of the Conway airport, so yes we still stop, call timeout and admire the iron birds in the sky during the third inning stretch. But this place teaches kids sportsmanship and fundamental baseball/softball. The restrooms are small but accommodations have been made. Not ideal but if your income was dispersed by the county you'd understand and appreciate what you have. So bring your kids to Pee Dee and allow them to learn what it means to get dirty and play real baseball. Don't believe me, ask around to your "Daddy Ball" boys what happens when you scrimmage them good ole Pee Dee Country boys. 13-14 year old boys year 2003. Lol. It wasn't pretty, and it never happened again to my knowledge lol! Y'all have a great day and check them out. Great things are sure to come with this staff!

Great place to watch the school aged children participate in playing softball. Has a snack stand. Restrooms.

My kids love the playground over there but have to say the fields stink to holy hell.
