I was stranded when my alternator went out on my Lexus on the highway when I was traveling alone between FL and GA. I was alone and stranded. I had it towed to another shop initially (would love to call them out but won't) and they screwed me over. This time I had it towed to Jayson at Quality Auto. He worked on it that day/into the evening. He had his family member pick me up at my hotel and I was on my way. Alternator replaced and I asked for timing belt to be changed as well and I was on my way! Great, fast service and great follow up! I am thankful for them being so honest and caring about me and my situation. Highly recommend! Thank you Jayson and team at Quality Auto for getting me back on the road!

I don't usually post reviews...but Jayson and Quality Auto deserve 10 stars! Long story short, we broke down 4 hours from home. Somehow, Jayson's shop was only 1 mile away. We towed the car here. He stopped everything he was doing and fixed our car and got us on the road in about 3 hours. Unbelievably knowledgeable, ridiculously patient, kind, and super awesome service with a great price. On the way out, he said, "One thing that's not required but requested...." and I figured he'd ask for a review. Instead, he finished with "text me when you arrive home so I know you're safe."

We were trying to get back home from our florida spring break trip and our RV’s alternator broke on us. They had us up and running in no time and I have never had such great and time effective service. Jayson is an absolutely amazing guy and is working in your best interest I can confirm. If we are back in the area anytime and have any sort of problem I know just who I am going to. I recommend this business 100%

During a recent road-trip to Florida our engine gasket blew & we were forced to take Cordele GA I-75 exit. We were effectively stranded and given it was public holiday we were concerned we would be unable to locate a mechanic. After attempting to make contact with a few local mechanics in the area we successfully made contact with Jayson who came out to us right away to perform a diagnostic check on our vehicle. After performing some initial diagnostics he informed us that we should have the vehicle towed to his garage so he could perform a full diagnostic check. He cleared time in his busy schedule, checked out the vehicle and gave us a full diagnosis early morning Dec 27th. After we learned that our car could not be driven we secured a rental car from an airport 45-minutes away & Jayson secured us a transfer to go collect that vehicle as there were no cabs available & no Uber/Lyft drivers operating in the area. When we returned to his garage we asked Jayson how much we owed him for his time and labor and not only did he not charge us he also offered to store the vehicle in his garage until we decided on what next steps to take. Jayson was a huge help to us during a very stressful period and went above and beyond to help us out & we are so very grateful for his kind-heartedness.

Never had such a great experience at a mechanic shop and would 100% recommend them to anyone! Our car broke down on the interstate while traveling with a baby and two dogs. They were extremely accommodating and helped us quickly get on our way.
