Pancho's Cantina & Grill

I've had Pancho's twice now and I've loved it both times. The service was great and friendly, the food was very good and the wait time really wasn't bad at all. I will definitely be back.

They have improved the food since the 1st time I visited. But it's pretty good food. You will wait forever for a seat and takeout. My takeout order wasn't filled properly. Thank goodness I checked before leaving to drive back to to town. 3 separate times I had to go back in to get things they forgot to put in my order and I waited forever. I paid $70 for 2 people takeout.

I was disappointed. I order chicken soup. It was not the traditional chicken soup I have received at multiple other restaurants. Then I asked for a side of avocado and it was basically rotten. If they are willing to send out a rotten avocado what else are they willing to send out. Everyone else at my table enjoyed their meal.

We stopped here for lunch. I had a very poorly put together nacho plate. Soggy chips, the beef was flavorless, and I asked the waitress if they used queso. She said yes. It was a microwaved pile of cold meat, shredded cheese, lettuce and a slice of tomato. My girl had the fish tacos. She said they were good. Manager got a little irritated when I asked if they microwaved them. Said they don't have a microwave. Then said if you put beef on chips they get soggy. Like yes they do. Especially when you microwave them. ???? waitress was nice. Oh they have bottles of Mexican coke. That was a huge plus

Update: The food has been excellent for the past few visits. Service has been as good as it gets. Enjoy! Food is somewhat bland compared to other Mexican restaurants we've dined at. Not bad, mind you, just not anything to get excited about. Service was excellent and the staff were friendly. Go for the atmosphere.
