CUSTOMER REVIEWS
This place has a lot of seating and gives diner vibes. We got seated right away and got drinks, however we waited about 15 minutes for our server to take our order (even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy) The food was pretty good and while they don’t have gluten free bread they have delicious gluten free pancakes!
It’s been a long time since visiting Peach Tree. Still a great diner. Service was great, super attentive and accommodating. Food was prepared well and promptly served. Our server and helper were very pleasant when asked for extra preferences, like sauces on the side, omitted ingredients with replacement ingredients. I noticed how great the place looks. Fresh paint in and out. Everything looked clean and well maintained. Probably the cleanest restroom in any public establishment I’ve ever seen. Though I thought it was a little spendy for a diner, with the great service, fresh food and cleanliness, it was worth it. By price point, for example, one extra slice of white toast was $3 …. A whole loaf is $3! But, I couldn’t give less than 5 stars, because everyone and everything exceeded expectations.
My husband and I are long time customers and have left great reviews but today we were sadly disappointed. We brought out two children in for lunch as we have found an online coupon which stated that at that location on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s children under the ages of 10 years old eat free with a purchase of adult meal per adult. The waitress took our phone and called the owner and sent the manager to our table. Where she had told us that the coupon was old and they did not honor it any more. A kid’s cheeseburger was $10.99 , two chicken strips and a hand full of French fries $10.99 , in addition the drinks were all sold separately. My sons extra small kids cup was $1.99 and my daughters cup of hot chocolate was $2.99. The adult menu items that my husband and i were going to order were the same price as what my kids were getting! The kids eats smaller portions, why are you pricing their meals at adult prices?!? At other family restaurants kids actually eat free on certain days of the week and their kids menus are significantly more affordable than adult menu prices. That’s the point they’re KIDS!!!! The manager was rude and condescending, ya’ll lost our business. And I’m deleting my food review.
Total Sunday relaxed, country breakfast/brunch vibe. We all loved their tasty fried chicken steak, hash browns and more...
Went here for brunch and had the chicken fried steak. It was delicious. My mother had corned beef hash and it was the best I've ever had. Perfect small town diner feel. Wonderful staff and the best breakfast I've had in town or Portland. Give it a try. You won't regret it.
