Jay's Bar & Grill

It feels (and looks) a bit like a gamble. The jalapeño burger was everything we hoped it would be. Good amount of toppings and the meat is properly cooked to perfection. Fries were as expected, I wasn’t impressed with the tots (no seasoning? Idk). The fried mushrooms were something from my high school days. These were spot on - I will be ordering those in the future.

In town from San Diego, CA visiting my mama & she took me here, bragging about their fries & OMG! Not only are their fries THE BEST I’ve ever had but the veggie deluxe pizza is AMAZING! Bartender is cool too!

Great place with AMAZING owners!! I've never been treated better. Definitely a very safe environment. They are very aware of what is going on inside and around the bar. They prioritize the safety of customers. Wonderful staff. Over all great place to go for a bite and a drink!

I get my food to go but the people are very nice, the other customers and employees. I go there for the food. Burgers, fries, tacos & pizza are great and probably everything else I haven't tried. And you can get dinner at 10:00 at night all with great prices! Almost everything is less than $15. Right in orchards too. So you don't have to drive to Portland at 10 O clock just to eat.

Bunch of drunk people wanting to fight. And a definite dive bar. Food was disgusting and the place smells like sewage. It seems like the management was against having people in that weren't white. Racist vibe. The owner was there and was drunk trying to start trouble with people. Bad look. Never going back.
