After coming here for yearsssss and I mean like 15 plus years...I was refused service twice. When their online closing time said 8pm I got there at 620 and was told to come back next day. I did. I was then told they dont have time to do my fill in just pedicure. Like if having 3 kids and a full time job isnt time consuming enough. I always went here, but honestly never again. You always remember how people make you feel and to feel unwanted and unappreciated as a paying customer...after supporting their business for so many years. This place was more nostalgic than anything...going to do your nails and then thread your eyebrows next door. Somehow made you feel like your younger days when things was easier and more simple.... Its truly sad. It used to be my escape but you never ever forget how people made you feel. You made me feel really unwanted and embarrassed. Iam not confrontational but I even had to tell you that I come here every 2 weeks and do my nails...and you even said I know you come here all the time. You have no idea about compassion or loyalty. I NEVER spent less than 70 or 80 dollars every single time. I was one of your most loyal customers but never again. I pray you dont make anyone feel as horrible as you made me feel yesterday.

Very nasty people they’re so rude and act like you dont pay for service. This business needs to shut down. Everytime you go there they will talk about you and look at you right in the face when at the end of the day that’s what they do for a living they really dont need to work in this community if they don’t like our culture.

Always treated with such care! Staff always takes their time no matter how many people are here! Love how my nails always come out when I’m here????

Updated review... As I mentioned on my previous review, this was the only place I used to do my nails but not anymore. For the last few months their service seemed to be decreasing. So many times I had chipped/broken nails after a week, which they should last 2 to 3 weeks. One day I had to come back the next day as one nail chipped big time ... I HAD DEEP POWDER THE DAY BEFORE! But the last straw for me was when I waited over 4 hours for the service and ended up walking away. They soaked my nails to remove the old deep powder and left me waiting for over 4 hours without saying who was next. I'm very patient and fair but this was it! After years of coming here and leaving decent tips from $10 to $20, I quit on them. I will never come back and now I understand why my Sister and Mom stopped coming here long time ago. I should’ve listen to them.

First of all, two employees are doing hands and two people are doing feet. They are not cross trained to do both. How dumb is that? You clearly need more employees on a busy day, no? This one man was filing a girl’s nails for 2 hours straight. How does she have nails left? So slow here, don’t waste your time with the bad service. Ridiculous.
