Nina Nails

Let’s start off with the rude employees. Two girls who sit towards the window by the door made the entire visit to the shop uncomfortable. They would not stop talking about me and insulting me in their language and little did they know the entire time I knew what they were saying. The girl who did my nails second chair away from window, made it known that doing my nails was an inconvenience from the moment I sat in the chair. She wouldn’t stop rolling her eyes, she took breaks on her phone for minutes on end to call people or to text and have conversations with them. She yanked my arm and was cursing me out under her breath. She cut off so much of skin on my fingers and did extremely sloppy work. I don’t expect much from a chop shop, but I never had bad experience like that in one either. My hands burn, my nails are crooked, and there is paint on my skin. I learned my lesson to avoid this place like the plague.

This place is soooooooooo unprofessional. The girl that did my nails was very rude and uncommunicative. Has the nastiest attitude and doesn’t even help you pick anything up so your nails won’t get messed up. First and last time there. I would not recommend anyone going there unless you kind of broke and you just need something quick done. Worst service ever

Great job! My mom and I go powder instead of gel manicures. They look great! They are almost two weeks old and still look fabulous!

I usually get a gel pedicure once a month however I decided to get it done after my last pedicure 2 weeks ago. This one by far the most painful and uncomfortable services I've ever experienced. The young lady was extremely rough and seem to be digging into my skin. After this painful process I ended up with uneven big toe nails. My feet are super sore and I have a red mark where the electric file was used to remove my gel polish. I tried explaining to her it hurts but no relief. I would never come back to this establishment. When it was time to pay she refused to use my debit card for payment. So I paid in cash then as I waited for my friend to finish her nails I observed her taking a debit card payment. We locked eyes and she just smiled. All I can say is Wow. Never again! Better luck going next door!
