My Nails at V

I thank God for saving me from this place. I walked in to ask about a service, and before I could even get a word out, they took one look at me and claimed they were closed. The nail tech at the front didn’t greet me or even make eye contact—it was actually another tech, already busy with a pedicure, who acknowledged me at all. The lack of basic respect and courtesy was shocking, and it felt very discriminatory. After reading the other terrible reviews, I realize the universe was looking out for me. I just want to forewarn others about this place.

DO NOT GO TO CRISTAL the lady who can’t speak English she doesn’t know how to do nails horrible experience. I paid for a wax and I had to leave without getting it because I was so upset. Go to the black lady she does a phenomenal job and is patient she is the one who did the second picture of nails I’ll never go to anyone else. I like this salon and the owner but do not go to Cristal.

Horrible experience. It looks so dirty, takes forever to do nails & looks like my 2 year old niece painted my nails. I paid $70 for a gel mani & pedi… and this is what I get. I learned my lesson. Please beware before coming in here. You will regret it.

First time there and NEVER going back. I got a gel mani and pedi and the lady cut me twice. When I went to pay and complain the lady at the counter told me to speak with the lady who did my nails. Not helpful at all. And idk why they charge a 4.5% interest when you pay with credit card. Is ridiculous. Ended up paying over $60 for something i dont like. If you're not a regular, do not go. You will be very dissapointed.

So I been going to this place since I was 15, I'm currently 29. The nails on the pic got them done by maya, she's amazing! They're already 3 weeks and as you can see they still look good. Cecilia is great too!! V is the best at doing eyebrows, must try it. Sometimes it's a little bit of a rush but that's how businesses work, people complain sometimes but that's how it is, it's NY hello, we're always rushing. Love this place plus the prices are very reasonable. Wouldn't change my nail salon!
