Osaka Express Japanese Cuisine

My family and I have been eating here since the doors first opened. This is my first time ever having to leave a bad review which says a lot. Yesterday we drove from commerce to get Osaka for dinner. We arrived at the window at 3:50 and she said she would go ahead and Take our order we didn’t get our food Until 4:40. Get home and take our food out of the bag and this is how our plates was. We ordered 4 plates and spent $67 there is no reason it should be like this. One of the plates (3rd picture) all the food wasted out. I think Osaka should invest in better to go plates and better ways to bag.

The food is good, though a little pricey. The trying part is putting up with the teenage help who could not seem to be more bored and disinterested with taking an order from a paying customer. Revisit 2 years later. The teenage help is gone because it is now drive through only, no ‘eat in’ options even though COVID restrictions are pretty much in the past. Food is still good, still seems pricy, but they give you a lot in the serving.

Food is ok, expected more veggies and carrots where from a can.

Managment and owner need to reconsider their waitresses and front till girls. Always rude and never want to give you great customer service. I understand showing up right before closing but have the decency to tell me "I'm sorry, are kitchen is shut down and were about to close". Not run up to the door before I get there and lock it before I can get in! That is so frustrating!! Used to like this place and food is great but these girls are ruining the experience. Just takes a little bit of effort!

My daughter and I both order the Hibachi Chicken & Shrimp. Our plates are always overly filled with fantastic tasting food. Great service with a clean professional presentation. Our visits are like this every time we stop by.
