Junior's Bar & Grill

I'm only in town visiting for a few days. A good cheeseburger was on my mind, so I searched maps for a local place since I don't care for fast food chains. This place got decent reviews and is locally and veteran owned. I'm in. The burger was very tasty. The staff was very kind. I would certainly go back to try more of their menu.

I meant to do this the day of my visit, but was so exhausted and had STOMACH PAINS after eating here. We had spent the whole day moving so we wanted some good food before bed. Wrong place! We were sat and ordered an appetizer. It took so long for that to come out. Then ever longer to have her come back to get our order. App came back and it might as well have been (and I’m almost certain it was) boxed frozen shrimp with some sauce squirted on it. We were then pretty much ignored the rest of the time. We had to ask another server to get ours so we could pay and end our suffering. Such a bad experience.

Waited an hour for food. Chili bowl had a freaking film on it. A film. This ain’t a movie so shouldn’t be any film. Wife’s steak dinner was cold and who gets a steak dinner without a knife? Low end customer service as well. Food was cold. The only thing half doable was the unfrozen fries we ordered. If you’re from out of town just make the drive to the McDonald’s in town which has fresh food and fast service. :))))

Food was great, service left something to be desired. Owner was friendly but once he left the bar, the bartender and 2 servers stood around chatting while we waited for drink refills. Would try again, hoping for better service next time.

I never been that disappointed in a meal like I was. The food had no love, no flavor, just bad. It was my 1st and last time visiting this establishment. The waiter asked me about my meal because the look I had on my face. But they did take the meal off without a problem.
