Just ordered chicken wings and French fries from this place last night and as soon as I opened up the tray I saw a dead roach in there. NEVER EVER AGAIN. One star is way to generous
The service is awful. The employee that takes orders us SO RUDE! They also charge you for using a card no matter how much you are spending. Food is very good.
First of all i called and order my food over the phone & this lady on the line answered with an attitude. she doesn’t know how to take orders correctly. After a hour when my food came it has a long piece of hair between it ! i called the lady back and told her .:. she said it will be replaced . NEVER GOT REPLACED! Then she told me well i should’ve came in .
I ordered fried rice with chicken along side an order of boneless spear ribs.. when my order first arrived I ate some of the rice with ribs then a few hours later I decided to finish my food… and there was a very long strand of hair.:: I immediately called the restaurant back and the lady answering the phone was very defensive and told me well it’s been 4 hours since you ordered so I told her she needs to do something because there is hair in my food (just the pork fried rice). She agreed to have a delivery driver replace it so I went ahead and put the food in the trash only for her to call me back an hour later asking for me to send her a picture. I told her the food is in the trash and it would be impossible to go in the garbage being that it was one piece of hair… she got very aggressive and loud with me stating she isn’t able to replace it or anything because I don’t have a picture.. I told her if she had told me that from the beginning when I first called to notify her I would’ve taken the picture immediately… she then went on to say a lot of people call and say they have hair but it’s an accident this place seems very unsanitary and they do nothing to resolve any issues.
I recently ordered food from this Chinese restaurant, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Regrettably, I found something unexpected in my food, which was disheartening. Moreover, my interaction with the person who answered the phone left a lot to be desired. Upon calling to address the issue, they were very loud and aggressive, making it difficult for me to explain the situation calmly. They seemed disinterested in hearing my side of the story and refused to replace my food, despite the mistake being on their end. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and the lack of empathy and willingness to resolve the issue was disappointing. I believe that effective communication and understanding are essential in such situations. While the food itself may be acceptable, the negative experience with the customer service and the issue with my order leave me hesitant to return or recommend this restaurant to others. I hope they can address these concerns and improve their approach to customer interactions in the future.
