They are very nice. They have good prices. And their breakfast food is very tasty. Their uptowns are the best anywhere. Wish they stayed open later.

Service and food is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years. FYI 1/1/24 prices have went up $.50 on food not beverages which is not bad.

I ordered from Charlie’s for the first time today. I got the corn beef & hash, w/ grits, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and wheat toast. The corn beef & hash was extremely disappointing. The Turkey bacon was undercooked (still good though). I told the lady I wanted my eggs fried hard and they gave me fried hard-scrambled eggs lol. The grits tasted as expected, except I didn’t ask for butter in my grits. The best part of the whole experience was the price. For all of the things that I got, to pay $9.50 was an extreme bargain. If I would’ve paid what I was expecting to ($13-$16), I would have rated it way lower. But for the price and the meal being ok. I would give it a solid 3 stars.

Great customer service and was comfortable inside but.....the food was anything but great or.... good. Processed mealy beef bacon which isn't bacon AT ALL. DID NOT SERVE FISH OR CHICKEN. This is a breakfast spot and is hailed as great. I am questioning the pallet of some people. Grits were bland like chalk. Not buttery or creamy. The toast was wonderful????????????????

I got food poisoning from food I ordered here I’m so disappointed and upset n using old breakfast potatoes as French fries never again
