Plus: - Tom & Chloe were friendly. - Polish looks good My daughter and i went together. Acrylic w gel for her Acrylic w reg polish for me Negative: (applied to both of us) - cuticles not pushed back or trimmed prior to service which was always done in my previous experiences (rather used Dremel tool after acrylic applied) - bc cuticles weren’t pushed back / trimmed there’s a gap now - Several nails were: . not filed straight (at tip) . Acrylic widened at tip . Lots of acrylic/ dust under nails) . Had to file up edges at home - one of us had a massage lotion after / one didn’t All in all it was done real fast.. although we had an appt were on time there was no one waiting until the last few minutes. I was so excited… I’ll try somewhere else next time. Disappointed ????

I’ve been to this salon a couple of time now and they have always done a good job. However this last visit I had was crushing. All of my nails are different shapes and sizes. I honestly wouldn’t even categorize them as shaped. I tried to express multiple times politely during my appointment that they were all different shapes and sizes and they gave me a horrible attitude and tried to gaslight into thinking they weren’t. I even left the place with paint on my actual hands and in one of my nails was a piece of hair. The paint was not evenly spread across all the nails either and the acrylic was bumpy and uneven. I left crying because of how my concerns were treated and how rude they were. Please do not go here they just want to get you in and out.

This place is seriously my jam. I've come a few times and love the convenience of being so close to home. Hanover has had its fair share of nail places, but this is one of the best. Ignore the old reviews under the previous management. Tom does a great job making you feel like a valued client and is very up front with costs. Chloe is one of the most talented nail techs in this area, period. She does a great job with shape and her designs are amazing. Honestly they all should be commended. Last time I had my nails done one of the other female techs was practicing designs on a hand mold. THIS is what you want to see; people who care about their art and practice, practice, practice. 5+ stars for this place -- so happy this group took over! ????

First visit here and they’re under new management, I believe. The shop was clean and inviting, the tools all sterilized, and the staff were excellent. My mother and I both had our nails done and will absolutely be booking our fills and pedicures here soon. HIGHLY recommend this shop!

Returned to Nail Studio to get my nails done with a fun Halloween theme...Julie did a phenomenal job! Just look! Thank you so much...I love it & I'll def be back!
