I have been coming to this location for a while. I have never had a bad experience. After seeing a few negative reviews, I decided to my own experience. The owner seems very engaged with the day to day activities. Lee is a great nail stylist and is always on time for her appointments. Always a great experience. It makes me happy to see that they are training African American women to become nail technicians as well. After one year of coming here, I like what I see.

I’ve been coming to Glamour Nails for almost 7 years now. I had a couple of ladies do my nails before I settled with Lee. She’s very sweet, attentive, informative, and great for conversation. I’ve known her so long now, she knows my style and what I like. Before coming here, my SNS dip nails would always break within a week. I’ve never had a problem with Lee. Yes, dip nails and pedicure are expensive these days. Life is expensive these days. Mani/pedis are just an expense I’m willing to pay for my hands and feet to look nice. I highly recommend Lee.

The customer service is the worst, they are money hungry and if that was the manager she is rude. They are racist and have the worst customer service. I been in the shop getting a manicure and pedicure some Caucasian women come in and they took the tech that was working on me and had her to start on them. Oh hell no, and then they tell me to wait a few minutes after I have already been there for almost 2 hours then they tried to make me pay more for something I didn't ask for. I don't think so not in this day and age. DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY SUCK!!!

My experience with glamour nails was horrible no one speaks good English but 1 tech & she always cursing and being the loudest in the salon. The other nail techs are rude and only care about money they are racist and only smile to get the money they don’t actually care about how they make you feel or what you are saying they just want you to come back to give them more money which I understand it’s a business but that have nasty and fake attitude against black people I’ve heard their conversations about costumers when they leave in front of other customers. Also they have no black nail techs they seem to get rid of them fast in that shop because I seen a few before. I’ve experienced fungus and mis treatment to myself and a lot of customers in the whole shop. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend their money here. Rose was the best nail tech there and she quit when the new owner took over a lot of nail tech has quit I’ve heard from the other nail techs when I go to get services there is also unlicensed nails in there and they are always so ruff when getting services

I went there because I was referred by my sister who chose Ms. Jessica as her bi Weekly Nail Tech and I didn’t see not one license certificate I Ask the techs to see a nail licensee and how long they been doing nails no one could show me there certificate but have been doing nails for so many years While Ms. Jessica Actually Showed me Her Paperwork Of Her In Schooling She Told Me The Owner Did Not Make Time To Actually Train Her or Not Even Have Time To Correctly Train Her as many weeks she has been working there so when she said she fired Ms. Jessica That Is Just A cover up that she used her when she had no techs in there a few weeks ago to attract more customers but Neva had any real plan to keep her And She Wouldn’t Sign Her Under The Apprenticeship Program For Her To Receive Her License Just Wasting Her Time, racism is at an all time high in this shop. They are speaking nasty about firing the black nail tech Jessica that I actually like she is gentle and always takes great care of me I like her conversations she is so real and genuine it’s not just a service with her she actually takes her time to prep my nails I’ve not ever had a rush job done by her & I Pray She Gets Her Own Shop Soon. I am not one of jessica’s personal friends or family but I have gotten my nails done by her . the shop is unprofessional and has no real order they are rude and racist the boss actually threatened one of her black nail techs and a black nail tech who previously worked there also told me she fired her because she didn’t want to go against her own kind I think that’s racist & Honesty how many of they own kind spends money to get there nails done faithfully I’ll wait. I honestly think the owner is not a good leader and just greedy and selfish if it’s not her own kind but to be completely true I don’t really think they get along with their own kind. and I’ve seen how she talks to her black nail techs for example I was actually getting my nails done by Jessica the day I witnessed the owners disrespect I guess the salon goes by names and one of the nail techs come over and ask Jessica to call her when a customer come in because her turn was next another black nail tech, once that happened I heard the owner try and tell Jessica to mind her business if she don’t know what she is talking about Jessica kindly defended herself there was no apology to her at all once the other black nail tech came in and explain the owner actually got slick at the mouth with her very uncomfortable situation. if she is trying to say that the nail tech Jessica or her family or friend is lying I’m here to say I can vouch for a few things I seen there without knowing Jessica or anyone I always believe you should go in a see for yourself. I wouldn’t recommend going to any business who try’s to make black nail techs look not worthy or make it seem like they firing someone is a win for them that’s unprofessional to assume someone’s comment was attached to someone what if she didn't even post it or had no knowing of it but you just decided to think of her as the first person when there are many bad reviews I’ve seen under here. the universe always comes back and gives you exactly what you gave another and what you rightfully deserve starting with your money like you did with Ms. Jessica I wish you the best Jessica and I know you will do better off away from those evil unprofessional unpleasant people in this shop I’m sure the customers will feel the negative energy and run somewhere else like before. Don’t forget to ask about the Nail Techs License Since They Want to Be Unprofessional And Cold Hearted.
