I am so unbelievably happy with this great nail salon! Rose was perfection with her dip style! Perfect thickness and so efficient and friendly! Amazing service!

I walked into the salon. There were no customers and three workers present. Sitting around. I asked for my nail that was broken to be fixed. They started speaking amongst each other for 3 to 5 minutes before staying to me that they could not do a design I never even asked for, the guy insisted he didn’t have cat eye nail design that I never even asked for the woman sitting in the seat was all acting confused and very rude. No wonder they had no customers I would never recommend this place. Never go there

I been coming to this nail salon for a while and every time I come, I never leave disappointed! Gina is amazing!!! She does a great job doing my nails and lashes! She also is great at creating designs!! Gina has great customer service and is very good at making your vision come true! If you are looking for a good nail salon look no further! Come see Gina!!!!

Let me start by saying this is the worst gel manicure I’ve ever received. The tech that did my nails did not use patience and it felt incredibly rushed. He was not attentive at all and even forgot the nail color that I selected. My skin was drilled several times and the place was filthy (dirty countertop, dirty towels, and acrylic brushes on the floor). My nails were not shaped correctly and the tech failed to let them cure under the light properly, leaving several air bubbles. While all of this was happening, the tech thought it would be a good idea to yell and laugh with other employees across the shop. He spoke a language that I did not understand, and it felt incredibly rude. He even stopped to look at something on someone’s phone…VERY POOR customer service. Needless to say, I will never go back here. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.

This place is disgusting. Not clean at all. The actual place itself looks nicely decorated, but the cleanliness is a ZERO. I came in today for a simple French gel manicure and they were busy so I waited about 30 min. That’s totally understandable and I was not in a rush so I sat and waited. I was not offered water, although I saw other customers were given a bottle of water from the back. Which is fine. But when I finally get to the nail tech, she asks me to sit in the first sit in front of the counter. The seat was still hot from the previous customer, and the desk space had residual powder, grease or lotion (not sure) on the forearm pad, and a dirty towel (same as previous customer). Nail tech asked me to put my hands on the towel and I asked for a wipe down of the space and a fresh towel. Best she could do was a “clean” towel. The grease/lotion was still on the pad. Proceeds to do the service and this was the fastest French I ever had done. Not very complex job but felt rushed. Concludes the service, gives me lotion and directs me to wash my hands. As I wash my hands in the back I notice that there was residue trapped underneath the gel on two of my nails that shouldn’t have been there. I point this to the tech and she says “it’s fine.” I finish washing my hands and look for paper towels to dry off. I notice a stack of towels in the corner of the counter where the sink is. They had black stuff on it, as if someone had clapped their shoes together directly above it, and it also had a pinkish stain that looked like lipstick. I ask the nearest nail tech if they have something to dry my hands and he points at that stack of towels. I then tell him that those are not clean — forgive me if I refuse to use dirty towels to dry my clean hands. This place is a joke. Never coming back here.
