Hollywood Nails Studio

I love it! I've the different pedis and my brows waxed and they are all very nice. I've had my nails shaped almond, square, rounded and coffin. The artists are very good with advising on shape, length and color combos.

I thought the guy I had was very rude and rushed me. He did a terrible job to at my nails as well, he did not go all the way to cuticles and then when I wanted a pedicure they didnt even have a calius treatment option. Will not ne returning.

My mom, my sister, and I all had an appointment at Hollywood Nails in Hanover. Everything started off fine until it wasn’t. We decided to splurge on the more expensive pedicure, as it was a gift for my mom for Mother’s Day. Mine was okay. The older lady was pretty rough and made me bleed TWICE while trimming my cuticles because she was too busy talking. The younger guy who did my moms, acted like he was in a hurry the entire time and her entire pedicure lasted MAYBE 15 minutes. (Mind you we paid for the expensive package). Then the older gentleman did my sisters nails, cut them SOOO short and made them pointy, didn’t even do the color she asked for and didn’t want to fix them. Last but not least, my gel manicure. It was extremely rushed. My nails are lumpy, nails were drilled to the point of breaking, the gel polish is chipping. Last but not least, they were having credit card reader issues that day and the lady was literally yelling at customers telling them she’s not running their cards again bc they don’t have money. When she finally caved and decided to try their cards again, it magically worked. It was just a very unprofessional environment and my nails are now going to need a long break to repair the damage.

The staff is extremely rude. The person who did my nails did an okay job, but the entire time was tossing my hand away from me, sighing loudly, and only talking when they wanted to try and upsell me on a pedicure, leaving me to feel very unwelcome. There were chunks of nails on the station I was getting my nails done at (not nail clippings, CHUNKS of someone’s nails had been taken off and were just on the counter) that they didn’t remove or clean after their customer before me. Iv been looking for a new nail place after the way LV nails treated me, and when some friends recommended Hollywood Nails, I was excited as it’s only a few minutes away from my house and I heard good things., only to be met by rude and unprofessional workers AGAIN. I wish I could say I hope things change but I’m old enough to know they won’t. Thanks for the subpar $50 manicure, i will not be back.

My husband and I come here all the time. Angelina gives the best pedicures. I get ingrown nails on my big toes and she is excellent at taking care of them for me. My husband also loves her pedicures and manicures. Bolo and Tina are excellent at doing my gel fill ins, they take their time to make sure I’m happy and that my nails look incredible. Tina can do any design that I show her.
