Los Jilbertos Mexican Fast Food

First time here, I ordered the Camarones a la diabla( Shrimp on red sauce) it wasn't spicy and the sauce a little salty. Everything else was ok. Is a good stop for a quick bite and go.

This place is so good. Their breakfast burritos are huge and packed full of deliciousness. I also love their carne asada quesadilla and carne asada fries. Easy location to get in and out of right in the highway. They only thing that could make this place better is if they would re-open their drive thru window. That was so convenient.

Great food and ready fast! Stopped here on our way from Salt Lake City to Canyonlands. We love finding authentic Mexican places and this hit the spot. Everything is made in house. We both did plates and the portions were generous. We would stop again if the opportunity arose.

Fresh friendly and big bang for your buck...love this joint. The owner is sweet and kind. She made sure we were taken care of...all in all definitely worth a stop...can't emphasize enough how fresh tasting this place is...

I used to come here all the time in my 20s before moving to Salt Lake City, and I absolutely loved it. Was back in town and decided to drop by. I tried the menudo and was disappointed because I could tell by the flavor that they hadn't taken the time to properly trim the fat off the meat or soak it in vinegar. I will be back to try some other dishes there, but so far it's not promising.
