El Chile Verde

There is finally a place in Wellington that knows how to cook breakfast. I was not expecting it to be as good as it was. The biscuits and gravy were some of the best I've had. I didn't need to add salt, pepper, or anything else to them. The pancakes were light, fluffy and full of flavor and the bacon was delicious! I would highly recommend El Chile Verde to any looking looking for a great meal.

Always great food, whether we order in or take out. Everyone is super friendly. It is wonderful having a restaurant here in town that we can count on every time! Plus my 87 year young mom loves your tacos!

Eat there with a friend a couple of days ago and the food was great. The owner even came over to check and be sure everything was ok. It was some of the best Mexican food I have ever eaten. Our waitress was very helpful and courteous. She helped us with our selections being as we were from out of town. I would diffidently go back and have recommended it to several of my friends.

Delicious food!!! Don't miss out on the pork chile dinner and you've gotta try out the Fideo. Chips and the most amazing salsa you've ever had are waiting for you. Yum!!! 5*****

We had breakfast and it was just right! The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside the way we like them. The owner and her staff were friendly and very helpful. If we come to Wellingtin again, we will definitely eat here again!
