Hiking Trail Review Palisades Park Outer Loop - 4.3 Miles This was a pretty crowded trail parking wise but didn’t really encounter many people on the trail itself. Once I found parking the trail was easy to find and follow. Very well marked and easy to navigate with many options to extend or shorten your hike. The trail was kinda bland and boring but still a great hiking trail. The waterfall was a bit dry which was disappointing but can’t really do anything about that. I would definitely come back though and give it another try. Relaxing and a great workout.
Really beautiful trails that go to the falls and along the creek. Lots of wild flowers and elderberry plants in bloom. It’s end of June. The mosquitoes are insane. They almost ate me alive. The worst I’ve even experienced while hiking. This made the hike not that pleasant and relaxing. I came unprepared. Next time a bug spray a must. I will definitely comeback prepared next time.
Such a cute little spot for a gentle hike! We made our way down to the river toward the south end and even found a wild cherry tree. Definitely have to come back here!
Nice little hidden spot. The falls were light but it's also Mid July. The stream is small. It is a beautiful little hike and took maybe 10 mins to get to after parking. The trail has become overgrown and washed out in some spots making it a little more moderate
Room the family after a lite snow trails were kind of slippery, but worth it. Views are beautiful and trails are long would come back for sure with my family.
