Exotic Car Wash

I love this car wash, and travel from Orland Park just to have my car cleaned... You have to know who to go to though. I took my Mercedes and now take my brand new Porsche, and I'm always very happy with the outcome of my car. There are other hand car washes that charge $50 and up...The pricing for what you get here, you can't beat. I literally told the owners they need to raise the prices again! I paid $250 for a car detail elsewhere, and it was not as good as the $20 I paid here for their normal car wash. *There is one man in there, who has been there for a very long time, and he is not good- his work is sloppy as hell! (I am assuming all the less than 5 star reviews are about him). The rest of these guys wash cars like their rent is past due! I wish I knew their names, but I don't...just their faces. Yes the wait is long, but that's because of the quality. They can't do a great job in 5 minutes. They are working around the clock...I've never went and didn't have a really long wait to get my car in the bay, and or to have my car cleaned. This place is worth every penny they charge. I'm very picky and finicky...Standards high AF... You can take my word for it. I use the same guy everytime I go, and he keeps my cars GLEAMING!!!

If you’re expecting to wait 30 minutes through 2 hours max. Then I guess this is for you. My experience here wasn’t so great when I finally got my car in the garage employees were very sarcastic towards me including the cashier. I felt unwelcome - i asking some common questions being that I never been here before. They had me waiting downstairs by the cars getting my outfit wet and then I asked a random customer that was getting into his car after they was finished with serving him. ‘’Where everyone else at?’’ he laugh and told me there was a waiting room. When I arrive at the waiting room. It looks very unsanitary one good thing is that they had very amazing fishes up there to keep you a little entertained. At the end of my experience the man that was cleaning my truck complaining the whole entire time while work on my car demand a tip. I didn’t tip him because customer service goes a long way and the inside had smudges from his dirty towel. I been there for 1 hour and 25 minutes, complaining and miss treating no guest, demanding and i didn’t think that deserve a tip. There alot of room for improvement. Very unpleasant experience for me just to get something quick efficient and done. But just because my experience wasn’t great doesn’t mean yours might not be if you want to give it a try, by all means go for it. (Ps. My car is brand new 2022 and being that its white, I like keep it clean- it wasn’t alot that I was asking, the new mats, the windows and outside of the vehicle)

The owner was very,very nice & helpful to me being a Senior!!! Also yhr girl who helped her detail my car was nice too...even though she only spoke a little English!!!????????????????

They do a good job on the vehicles, and you can't beat the prices
