Splash Hand Car Wash and Detail Center

This place is hit or miss. I've had positive experiences in the past but today might have push me away for good. Today was a waste of money. The wash was comparable to a gas station machine wash for $3. Didn't vacuum under the floor mats or the seats at all. Didn't wipe the top of the steering console or back of the seats. Didn't wipe the door jambs. Left bird poop residue on the door/window. I went mid day when it wasn't even busy. Very disappointed.

First time trying them out as I always pass by to and from work. Decided to give them a try this early morning since they were not busy and did not have a line. However, I was disappointed in the car wash. You would think them being slow and that they had just opened up at 7am they would have done a better job. I had paid for the Platinum service, which they have listed as “EVERYTHING”. My windows also had streaks but did not come up on pictures. I guess “everything” does not mean everything.

Just left this place got the platinum wash and left with my car still dirty when I asked the man to clean it right he has an attitude. They were good before but not anymore. Definitely won’t be back here waste of money.

Don't waste your money! I paid for Platinum service and they didn't even vacuum the 3rd row or under the mats. They forgot to clean the console and one outside mirror. Some of the cup holders weren't touched. Big spots on the exterior missed too. Just the tires were shiny.

First time visited this car wash. Because they open till 6pm on Sundays. I drove there and i am not happy . My experience is bad unfortunately. You can see my photos .It took only around 6 min and this is how they washed my car. They did not use any cleaning products to clean my interior and doors from inside. I will never come back
