Ducky's Car Wash

it’s was a nice car wash when they opened but the last couple times I did not receive the service for the one I paid for$8 My truck came out with a lot of dust on the sides and hood and I went to the office and told to the person on duty that I had not received the wash for the one I had paid for. and she told me ok go to ur car and i will be there to check it but I waited 15 min and she never came so I went back to the office again and the door was already locked and the person was very rude she told me that the manager was not there and that she couldn’t give me another wash because if I wanted a good service I had to pay $18 for the wash

Dont waste your time here. It sucks. Got a bad wash, asked them if i could get a refund or a new wash the lady said when you get a 5$ wash it usually does a good job so next time you should get a 8$ wash or more to get a good one..

It was a nice carwash when it opened but the last year hasn't been as good. When told to cancel monthly payment, the money was again charged. I was basically accused of taking off the sticker to use with other cars, I explained that it was taken off when my windshield was replaced. He clearly didn't believe me and froze the account before the paid month was over and wanted $5 for a new sticker. I refused and said close the account...

Closed with no warning or signage on Jan 4th sunny day. Voicemail full when called to inquire

Terrible car wash paid for monthly I was never able to drive in automatically always had to go to the office wait look for my account just a nightmare with this place,better places then this rip off car wash
