Cazadores Mexican Restaurant

Came in after going to the Christmas lights at Azalea Gardens. For a Tuesday night, they seemed pretty busy. Waitress sat us and took our order pretty quick. Ordered the shrimp Fajitas for 2 and 2 Cuervo margaritas that were on special. Chips are good. Unfortunately, salsa was a little bland. Food arrived and looked fantastic! Unfortunately, it was also a little bland! Margarita was a little weak also. Other diners complained about food being bland. I know Mexican restaurants have a hard time balancing the spiciness they serve, either to spicy for some or to bland for others. I like this restaurant and hope they can find a good balance.

I came here because they had Enchiladas with Mole. A lot of places only do one sauce for Enchiladas (a generic red chili pepper sauce). This place had a few choices. Their Mole is of the darker brown variety with chocolate (so what most Americans know). Not as sweet as other places, which is fine. It was very good. Chips and salsa were good. Staff was friendly and prompt.

My husband and I were traveling and staying at the hotel next door. We’d had a heavy lunch and were looking for something to just to snack on that night. Just ordered some chips and dips to go but everyone was so kind. Wish we had been hungry enough for dinner because the fajitas smelled amazing. Also it is a nice cozy/clean place and the service seemed very fast as plates were coming out seemingly continuously.

Good food, reasonably priced and with excellent friendly service. I always enjoy seeing a restaurant where it looks like the whole family is working. I had chili Verde and really enjoyed it. Good portions.

Good menu selection that explains what each item is. (They have flan and deep fried ice cream.) The waitress was pleasant, bilingual, yet easy to understand and understood us well. It was very clean, including the windows and restrooms which are wheelchair accessible. The environment was pleasant with multiple murals. They also have a bar-like area in the back. The Mexican music was not too loud. I enjoyed my food and they didn't skimp on the portions. Their hours are 11am-9:00 pm every day of the week, except on Sundays they close at 8:30 pm.
