Backyard BBQ? WHAT a joke. As I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly hello, but I was soon to be disappointed by their rude, second-class service. I watched as he dumped 10 wings from the freezer into some oil. Later, I picked up my food from the front, only to be even more disappointed as I saw the droopy fries and dry wings(a lil stingy on the sauce).Not to mention, shortly after I picked up my food from the front, they hand delivered someone else's food to the table beside me. The food should have tasted better for how hungry I was and how expensive it was. I am extremely unhappy with the rude service and overall experience, but sadly, I don't think they will improve and, therefore, won't be back. ????

Passing through Brooking and Came to Backyard BBQ for lunch with a coworker and it wasn’t great and it wasn’t bad, I had the two meat, brisket and chicken with French fries. I would have preferred my brisket sliced but he didn’t give the option and it didn’t specify that I was getting two sandwich’s (didn’t care for the bread. ????

Great service and atmosphere! Ribs were fresh and seasoned nicely. I have had better brisket before… but overall this is such a Brookings sleeper.

The food was gross. I could get better wings at Walmart. I ordered 10 Wings. As soon as I ordered them I heard a freezer door open and shut. After that I heard the wings being deep fried. The wings were very dry and the meat was bouncy

We were one of only 2 tables. The place was clean, but lacked something. TV's were on, but it was so quiet in there that we didn't even feel comfortable talking to each other
