101 Bar & Grill

It is a great "neighborhood" bar scene. Regulars are often there. I'm an every 2 week Customer. Bar keeps are friendly and gracious. Tasty food specials. My fav is the Reuben. deejay on occasion with good oldies. Cheap beer prices! ????

I hope the review helps. Months ago in Harbor, A surly old gentleman threatened my aura near the bar. He then slapped the back of his head which produced his GLASS eye. Then plopped it into my drink and hissed, producing a jeweled scepter from his coat and demanded that I drink?! I was in complete shock but he then he began gesturing in a foul way as if he were casting a spell on me. I didnt know what to do so i panicked and just drank his eye. The staff was NO help. Later, I met him in the back where He told me he was the mayor of this establishment and that was offending his dancing rat trio living in his beard. Puzzled, I drove away shivering with confusion, Sadly I will not be returning.

We love a good dive bar and this is most definitely that! The bacon burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s a big place and has outdoor seating. Video gambling if that’s your thing. Pool tables and a dance floor. I saw a jumbo set of jenga too. After a super fun but expensive night our card had some extra charges on it, so we went back the next day and the owner Austin cleared it right up, with comp drinks while we waited. It’s nothing fancy, just a great dive with a good vibe. We come to Brookings often and we will definitely be back!

my favorite bar and food is fantastic. just good old home type bar where everyone is welcome and slots are great not to tight you can win. staff is even better

We road in one evening on our bikes. A vets night out. A young man who claimed to be a rider began yelling at us, about us being HD riders, what group y'all with? Over and over slamming his fist on a picnic table on the patio. I said we don't belong to any riding group, he said what group.... Seemed to want to hurt my 79 year old veteran husband, who was quietly making sure I could hold my own, against this rude, drunk, bully, all I can say is we belong to the VFW, elks, American legion and moose, and will never be back there. Maybe this bully should learn some respect, and join a real group like the armed services!
