Casa Lounge, Stafford Casa Lounge is a beautiful place to hang out, with a great atmosphere and welcoming staff. The customer service is excellent, and the team ensures guests feel at home. However, during my recent visit, I found it quite cold inside, as the doors were left wide open despite it being winter. A bit more warmth would definitely enhance the comfort of guests. Additionally, on a previous visit, I witnessed security personnel handling a situation involving two gentlemen rather aggressively. While maintaining order is important, a more professional approach—such as a calm discussion—would have been more appropriate instead of simply pushing them out in front of other patrons. Overall, Casa Lounge is a great spot to relax and socialize, but a few improvements in guest comfort and security handling would make the experience even better. Looking forward to visiting again!

Seeing as I'm a hasbeen now (over50) I got in without queing service was good the twenty something crowd were lively and friendly was a good night only downside - card payments only.

Horrible venue, owner is a massive bully, constantly losing staff due to poor communication and blatantly bad attitude. The good reviews you see are mostly written by staff so are not authentic. Venue itself is outdated, tired and in need of a change.

Decent songs and that but if I was a girl I’d definitely be scared to come here, What strange guys just stand there the entire time, Just a bunch of lands stand in the same place and don’t move…. The bouncers and owners of this club love them, sadly they didn’t see the part where they basically assaulted a female… Random lads just stand up against the walls and bars of the club that legit just stand there and watch girls. Watched a small girl get pushed by about 4-5 black lads. Because she wanted to get past… bouncers did nothing too scared. These lads stood in the same place the entire time, didn’t move, didn’t dance just went to the club to stand there and intimidate and abuse young girls. Thank god I never ever come to this place. First time in a long time and it’s embarrassing.
