World Food & Halal Market is one of the best Grocery Store for shopping. Shelves are fully stocked and very clean. They always have fresh meat (Goat, Lamb, Beef, chicken, Ojri, Nihari meat, Paya Meat) and all kind of Pakistani and Indian grocery items. Shelves are fully packed with variety of condiments. They also have frozen food, Naans, Bakery items, dates, Sweets, flours, Rice, oils, cans food, Internation juices, Asian tea bags, snacks, candies, utensils, few pakistani dresses and lot more. Employees are very polite and friendly.

Easily THE BEST halal shop in the Austin area. Friendly staff that are always helpful. The guys in the front are chill and actually take a step forward towards creating a positive customer experience that has me coming back there everytime.

I have one to World Food for over a year now. I get my orders on time, the meat is fresh. I also am able to try a variety of snacks from the South Asian continent. There's a few regular people at the front that always meet me with kindness. If you're looking for a clean meat-shop and somewhere you can try South Asian snacks, definitely visit and buy from this place!

Sad to only be able to give this place only 5 stars. Amazing staff that makes you feel like family. Greatest product selection in Texas, attested to by someone I met there who said they drive from San Antonio just to shop here. Enough good things can't be said. The only small issue is that sometimes the checkout line takes a bit of time mainly because every uncle, aunty, and passer by are always asking about/pitching the owner's son a rishta. Must get exhausting, but still they work tirelessly to provide a one of a kind experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience shopping at World Foods. Being new to Austin, the owner was very welcoming and helped me get everything I wanted. The store was tidy, organized and easy to navigate. The meat was especially fresh and perfectly cut to my liking. Highly recommend!
